Christian Care Services Centre (a.k.a. Care Centre) is an outreach ministry of Christian Outreach Centre Singapore. It is a Christian Residential Rehabilitation Half-way house affiliated to the National Council of Social Service. Care Centre works closely with the Prison Department, SCORE, IMH and community organizations to reach out and help the substance abusers. It is affiliated to the Christian Care Services Centre (Australia) in Ministry Partnership.

Through its years of services, Care Centre has developed a comprehensive set of programs to help substance abusers stay away from their addictive lifestyle. Our programs generally provide the needed benefits and environment as such:

• Monthly allowance for program participants/residents.
• Extra allowance for residents who work in SIA Indoor Project .
• Free meals and personal toiletries.
• Home leave after completing 3 months of the program.*

• Visitation is permitted weekly for family's members.
• Telephone calls are permitted as follows:
_ Mon to Fri - 7pm to 10pm (Only one call, 10 mins each)
_ Sat - 2pm to 10pm
_ Sun - 2pm to 10pm
