Christian Outreach Centre Singapore is part of an international movement of churches known as Christian Outreach Centre (COC). It is one church meeting in many different geographical locations around the globe.
Started in 1974 by former Methodist minister Clark Taylor in Brisbane (Australia), Christian Outreach Centre has over 1000 congregations in over 30 countries today. COC is known for its ministry work in welcoming marginalised people, the homeless, drug addicts and ex-criminals.
COC Singapore exemplifies this. Under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Edward Job, COC Singapore's Care Centre has grown to be a recognized halfway house with comprehensive residential and aftercare programs to help substance abusers get back on their feet and reintegrate into the society.
With a firm foundation in God's Word, passion to share His love and dedication to work His fields, COC Singapore is committed to "Reaching our World for Christ", as stated on our logo.
